Michael Emoff - President and Chief Executive Officer

Michael is a third generation owner of Shumsky Enterprises, founded in 1953 by his grandfather, Hy Shumsky. Michael has been with Shumsky for 30 years. He is also president of Outta the Box Dispensers, LLC, a 2003 INC 500 Fastest Growing Company winner focused on retail coupon dispensing.

Michael developed the concept for Boost Rewards in 2005 to utilize web technology to deliver effective employee recognition programs. He is a recognized national expert in the field of employee recognition and rewards.

Michael serves on the Board of Trustees as Chairman for the United States Air and Trade Show, the Board of Trustees for the Miami Valley Hospital Foundation, Board of Directors American Heart Association of SW Ohio, and on the Board of Directors for the Warrior Soccer Association.


David Palmisano - Chief Operating Officer

David has over 25 years of operations management experience and has been with Shumsky since 2000. Prior to Shumsky, David held senior leadership roles for Premier-Farnell plc, a leading multi channel, high service global distributor. David is responsible for operations across the enterprise.

David has been a member of Vistage International and the COO Summit group. He supports Big Brothers Big Sisters and the American Diabetes Association.


Anthony Poly - Chief Technology Officer

Anthony has over 20 years of technology and management experience, and has been with Shumsky 11 years. Anthony is responsible for all internal and customer-facing technology for the company to include the development and maintenance of Shumsky’s proprietary software platform, NOVA. NOVA enables Shumsky to provide state-of-the-art e-commerce and web hosting for Shumsky’s corporate online stores as well as the Boost Rewards product. Anthony leads all technology development and implementation for Boost Rewards.

Anthony supports several community organizations, including Historic South Park Neighborhood Association and Daybreak, a residential shelter for displaced teenagers in the Dayton Region.

Derrick Dukes – Vice President of Sales

Derrick Dukes has over 15 years of sales, and sales management experience. Derrick is responsible for developing and directing all sales functions across Shumsky Enterprises' various lines of businesses. Prior to joining Shumsky, Derrick held executive sales management positions with two Fortune 100 companies, most recently with AT&T and its subsidiary, Berry Network, Inc. In that position, he managed over $100M in revenue and was instrumental in the acquisition and/or sales growth of several well-known brands, including John Deere, Cooper Tire, Terminix, Donato's Pizza, Eyeglass World, Lasik Vision Institute and Direct General Insurance. In addition to corporate sales management experience, as a successful former small business owner, Derrick has a broad knowledge in marketing, operations and finance.

Derrick supports several community and charitable organizations, including Neediest Kids of All, United Way, American Heart Association, and American Diabetes Association.

Judy Brinegar - Vice President of Finance

Judy Brinegar has over 25 years of finance and operations experience. Judy holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from Miami University and a graduate degree from Wright State University in marketing.  Judy oversees all the financial operations of Shumsky Enterprises. Prior to joining Shumsky, Judy held the position of VP of Operations and Finance for the Dayton Development Coalition, a regional economic development organization, managing their operations and finance.  She has also supported the Entrepreneurial Signature Program, a State of Ohio Third Frontier program supporting technology commercialization.
